Four files, each the one this site was built from, so anything published here can be recomputed rather than taken on trust.
- docket.json every decision in the record
- gridwatch.json one settled ERCOT day per record, hourly
- waterwatch.json reservoir storage, per reservoir per day
- weather.json observed daily weather, with its normals

How a fact gets in
An entry is admitted when every gate passes. The shape is valid and every claim carries a verbatim quote and a URL that was fetched. No numeral appears in the prose that is not either quoted from a source or computed from the record itself. At least one source is primary.
Entries that fail stay out until they pass. Nothing is published on the strength of a headline alone.
