What changes the reading

  • The Comptroller certified Anthropic, PBC as qualifying occupant. TeraWulf's own release places an Anthropic lease at a different campus and describes its majority interest in the Abernathy joint venture as sold to Fluidstack. Both statements can be true about different things and this record does not adjudicate between them.[1][2]July 6th, 2026
  • Google is the financial anchor rather than a tenant, backstopping the lease obligations so the project could raise debt.[3]

Still not public

  • Building square footage is not public.
