What changes the reading
- Two campuses in this record answer to the name Abilene and they are not in the same county. This one is inside Abilene in Taylor County. The Vantage campus runs under an Abilene mailing address from Shackelford County, which is ordinary for a rural site served by a distant post office. Both are occupied by the same Oracle entity, so a reader working from the city line alone would take them for one place.[1][2]
- The two state registers do not agree about how much of this campus exists on paper. The Comptroller has certified every building of the announced campus. The construction register carries filings for the first two and none for the rest.[1][2]
- It stands alone in the record. The other five certifications of this expansion were made effective together, weeks later.[1]
Still not public
- Which physical building each numbered certification covers is not stated.
- Per building capacity is not public.
- The later buildings have no filing in the state construction register.
- Water sourcing and cooling design are not public.
- The street address is not in the certification.

The registry entry for this facility comes from the Texas Comptroller's certified list of data centers holding a sales tax exemption. Owner, occupant and operator are roles in that filing rather than descriptions of who runs the building.
