What changes the reading

  • CoreWeave terminated its fifteen year anchor lease in the spring after Poolside's funding round failed to close. Trade coverage then described the campus as the most prominent failure in the Texas pipeline.[3][4]March 31st, 2026
  • The state certified phase two of this site days before that termination was reported. Nothing in the registry has changed since. This is the clearest evidence on the site that a certification is a tax status rather than a building. It is why no page here says a facility is operating.[1][3]March 6th, 2026
