  • The registry keeps the Whinstone entity in every role. Riot's filings say Whinstone became its wholly owned subsidiary and that Riot now owns and operates the Rockdale site.[1][2][3]
  • The later land figure covers the acreage Riot bought outright after operating under a ground lease. It should not be substituted for the smaller site description in the earlier filing without showing both dates.[2][3]
