Comptroller's JETI current agreements list contains no data center project
The Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology and Innovation Act is the state's school district property tax incentive program. The Comptroller publishes the current executed agreements. Every project type on that list is manufacturing, power generation or extraction. No agreement on the published list is a data center.
How to take part
The list is published for inspection and is not a proceeding. JETI applications are filed with and acted on by individual school districts. The participation point for a resident is their own district's board meeting when an application is before it.
Where
Statewide. This decision applies across Texas rather than to a named county.
