Written comments can also go by mail to the agency's environmental office in Washington. The draft and its noise study are posted on the agency's drone environmental review page, and every substantive comment is to be answered in the final assessment.
Federal commodities regulator opens comment on trading derivatives whose underlying commodity is compute. Can the public comment on it?
Comments go to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission by the methods listed in the notice. Justice Department takes comment on a judgment barring a Frisco apartment manager from rent software fed by rivals' data. Can the public comment on it?
The notice asks for comment within 60 days of its September 18th, 2026 publication, which runs to November 17th, 2026. Comments go in English to the Technology and Digital Platforms Section of the Antitrust Division, by mail or by the email address printed in the notice. Comments and the government's responses are posted on the division's website and filed with the court.
